When Monarch started flying to Israel they asked us to advise on an appropriate online strategy.
No Focus = No Flights
We identified a deep lack of focus on Monarch’s website. Too many marketing messages were confusing the users and cluttering their journey.
Flying to the Future
I consulted Monarch on a web redesign that would take them into the future of online flight booking. I designed an experience that draws from material design and is based on the “focus philosophy” - one action at a time. All actions are constantly recorded and are always visible, so past actions are easily accessible without distracting the user from reaching the goal, which is booking a flight.
